Consulting and Staffing
In addition to its role as Principal, Borrower and General Partner on various transactions, Inter-Faith provides third-party consulting in development, compliance and asset management.
Development services include negotiation, land acquisition, project acquisition, project financing, pre-development and owner representation during construction and lease-up as needed.
Asset Management services involve direct representation of the owner or borrower on an existing project. Services, which can be provided on a temporary or ongoing basis, include:
- Choosing and negotiating with property management agents, service providers, partners and compliance agencies
- Controlling fixed costs such as property taxes, utilities and insurance
- Maximizing the stability and net income of the asset
Compliance services include interpretation of existing rules, implementation of programs and ongoing reporting to respective agencies.
Inter-Faith has provided staffing, consulting, asset management and compliance services to other non-profit owners and developers, including Oaklake Community Housing Development Corporation, Brompton Community Housing Development Corporation, MountainTop Development, Inc., 5th Ward CRC and Avenue CDC.
